What You Will Do:
- Utilize technical knowledge of SAP Security and GRC solutions to instruct AMS (Application Management Service) team on the detailed design of the solution and potential solutions.
- Lead design discussions with auditor and business teams on Segregation of Duties through SAP GRC and demonstrate application capabilities to address escalations and support business users and AMS team.
- Handle communication with the various stakeholders, including planning solution outages and the Managed Incident process to facilitate the timely resolution of incidents.
- Assess technical and business impacts on portfolio applications to drive effective scoping and timely delivery of work.
- Provide input to the project team working on design and estimate of projects and enhancement work.
- Support solution maintenance and enhancement activities through testing validation (Unit and SIT) and peer code reviews as required for changes by MSPs (Managed Service Provider) or other technical experts.
- Access Risk Analysis: Identify and evaluate potential conflicts and critical access risks. Proactive risk management by flagging violations before they impact operations.
- Mitigating Controls: Track and manage controls applied to unresolved access risks. Periodic review and effectiveness testing of controls.
- User Access Review: Review of user access to ensure compliance with internal policies. Identify excessive access that may pose a risk and support audit readiness and accountability.
- Role Usage and Assignment: Detect unused or overly permissive roles that may require cleanup or redesign.
- Change Log and Audit Trail: Provide transparency and traceability for compliance audits. Detect unauthorized or suspicious changes in real time.
- Exception and Variance Analysis: Review deviations from standard access policies. Identify patterns that may indicate policy violations or fraud.
Who You Are:
- Related university degree in computer science or equivalent with minimum 4 or more years of directly related experience.
- Experience in S4 HANA SAP GRC including the following: Strong understanding of roles and authorizations, segregation of duties, role design and approval workflows.
- Broad range of experience in IT project planning, process analysis, data analysis, systems implementation, and operations. Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new concepts.
- Exposure to SailPoint or similar platform.
- Strong in relationship management, consensus building and communication skills. Must be able to understand, set and handle client expectations while fostering strong relationships both inside the organization and with external vendors.
- Excellent coordination, problem resolution, analytical, organization & prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities/demands simultaneously, as well as recognize and address workload issues.
- Ability to effectively balance and weigh competing priorities and identify the appropriate course of action independently
- Respond resourcefully to change, work constructively under pressure, and encourage change towards improvement.
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to SAP BTP Security, SAP Solution Manager, SAP BW Security, SAP ISU and SAP BASIS is an added advantage but not necessary.
