Role Description
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will support the new home sales process. You will also assist in maintaining the sales centre, showhomes and provide customers with exceptional customer service. Your day to day responsibilities include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers;
- Greeting, registering and providing customers with product information;
- Answering phone calls and emails;
- Inspecting and ensuring showhomes and sales centre are neat and presentable;
- Inflating balloons and attaching them to signage;
- Placing signage before and after shift in and around the community in designated areas;
- Assist with creating social media content and engage local realtor community.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for professional interactions and handling inquiries
- Ability to work independently, detail-oriented mindset, and excellent time-management skills
- Ability to lift and move open house signage
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel etc.)
- Weekend availability
