Overview

We are looking for a new parts team member to join our foundation drilling equipment supply at our Maple Ridge branch. The ideal candidate is someone who is looking to join a small, growing team with a willingness to learn and a passion for customer service.

This is a full time hourly position, Monday-Friday 8 hrs/day with occasional opportunities for overtime. Training will be provided based on the needs identified. It will require working outdoor and regularly lifting loads in excess of 30 lbs. This is a growth position with many opportunities for advancement in the foundation equipment sales and service industry.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in company health and safety program. (Attend meetings, be fit for duty, maintain certifications, help maintain a safe work area)
  • Assist with inventory management (Inventory counts, organize and maintain tidy inventory storage, receive parts orders from vendors, prepare customers orders)
  • Assist with loading and unloading equipment from trucks
  • Maintain a tidy facility and yard

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Proficient in basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory calculations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated to achieve individual goals.
  • Prior forklift or loader experience is an asset.
