Responsibilities:

- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities

- Provide support to students with special needs, ensuring their safety and well-being

- Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment

- Assist with classroom management, including behavior management and discipline

- Collaborate with the lead teacher to assess student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians

- Support students during transitions between activities and throughout the day

- Assist with maintaining a clean and organized classroom

Qualifications:

- Experience working with children, preferably in a classroom or daycare setting

- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

- Understanding of child development stages and milestones

- Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in supporting children's growth and development
