About the Role
As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in managing and growing customer relationships across a defined territory or client portfolio. You'll be part of a high-performing team, responsible for driving revenue, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting our technical sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a variety of account types: Enterprise, Relationship, Transactional, and Distributor
- Qualify leads and guide them through quoting and closing stages
- Maintain strong customer relationships through calls, emails, video conferences, and site visits
- Use CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) to manage sales activities and pipeline
- Prepare accurate estimates and quotations using AdvanTec's estimating tools
- Represent AdvanTec at trade shows and customer visits
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in marine technical sales and estimating
- Background in shipbuilding or equipment manufacturing is a strong asset
- Proficiency in CRM systems; Salesforce experience preferred
- Basic AutoCAD knowledge is an asset
- Strong interpersonal skills: integrity, positivity, and professionalism
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and customer engagement
