DeVry Greenhouses is seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator — a proactive, detail-oriented teammate who loves building relationships, creating impact, and turning ideas into practical action. In this hybrid role, you'll bridge our sales and marketing teams to strengthen key retail and wholesale partnerships across North America. You'll hunt for new growth opportunities, support strategic accounts, and help execute creative campaigns that drive results. What You'll Do:
Account Coordinator (Initially 75% of time)
- Support corporate accounts across Canada and the U.S.
- Manage day-to-day communication with buyers and internal departments.
- Finalize orders, optimize carts, and track in-season execution.
- Analyze sales and sell-through data to improve results and profitability.
- Prepare reports, sales/marketing presentations, and seasonal recaps.
Marketing Coordinator (Initially 25% of time)
- Collaborate on tag/POP design, product photography, and marketing assets.
- Support digital content creation and seasonal promotions.
- Contribute to product development and digital/print brand storytelling initiatives
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree (or in progress) in Business, Marketing, or related field with high academic standing.
- Strong organization, follow-through, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
- A team-first mindset, with a competitive edge — humble, hungry, and smart.
- Willingness to travel occasionally; valid passport required.
- An interest in plants, gardening, or horticulture is a supplementary asset.
What Success Looks Like (KPIs):
- Growth in total sales and customer satisfaction.
- On-time, high-quality program execution.
- Data-driven insights that improve customer profitability.
- Strong cross-team collaboration and accountability.
Total Rewards:
- Annual compensation range: $50,000 - $55,000+ annually, with incentives and bonuses. Final offer based on experience.

- Annual wage review in January; performance reviews conducted twice per year (Jan & Aug).
