Commercial Lines Account Manager

We’re seeking a passionate Commercial Account Manager to join a team of experienced producers and account managers at a well-established, family-owned brokerage with over 40 years of history. As one of BC’s most recognized names in the industry, the brokerage has strong community roots and a commitment to client service. This is a full-time, in-office role, with the potential for one remote workday per week in the future. Responsibilities Manage a commercial line book of business and maintain the retention Communicate with clients directly for any changes that need to be documented Communicate and negotiate with insurance companies for new business and renewal terms. Up-sell and cross-sell with existing clients Manage endorsements, cancellations, invoicing and certificates Qualifications 3 to 5 years of experience as an account manager for Commercial Line Level 2 license Proficiency with EPIC Benefits & Perks Competitive salary ($80,000 - $100,000, dependent upon experience) RRSP matching Paid vacation Dental and Medical coverage At Aplin — together with our brands CompuStaff and Impact Recruitment — we connect great people with great organizations across North America.
