Position Overview:

As a Showing Realtor at Zown, you will play a crucial role in facilitating our client's home-buying process. Your primary responsibilities will include scheduling and conducting showings, inspections, and final walkthroughs. Additionally, you will gather relevant property information and effectively communicate client preferences to the appropriate account managers. This position demands professionalism, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of the properties you showcase.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Scheduling and Conducting Showings:

  • Coordinate property showings, inspections, and final walkthroughs promptly.
  • Conduct showings with professionalism, ensuring a positive experience for clients.

2. Property Familiarization:

  • Research and familiarize yourself with properties before showings.
  • Gather information on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, days on the market, backyard size, condo fees, and parcel of tied land fees.
  • Identify key landmarks such as schools, places of worship, transit options, highways, and grocery stores.
  • Be aware of the offer date and sellers' expectations.

3. Professional Appearance:

  • Dress in professional attire for all showings.
  • We kindly ask that you wear the provided Zown Polo, the preferred attire for showings.

5. Client Interaction:

  • Provide clients with accurate and helpful information about the properties.
  • Address any questions or concerns clients may have during the showings.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Realtor in Ontario.
  • Strong local and neighbourhood-based real estate market knowledge
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with real estate apps such as Realm, BrokerBay, GeoWarehouse, and other adjacent applications.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Licence/Certification:

  • Real estate license (required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
