Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming environment.
  • Drive sales by confidently promoting products, upselling and meeting weekly sales goals.
  • Engage with customers to enhance their shopping experience by offering knowledgeable assistance and personalized recommendations.
  • Operate the Point of Sale system to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle exchanges and customer concerns with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Assist with weekly inventory counts to ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Perform permanent jewelry services with precision, care and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales and customer service is required.
  • A sales-oriented mindset with a genuine interest in helping customers find the right piece.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and an outgoing, friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Proficiency in operating Point of Sale systems, or a willingness to learn.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Interest in the jewelry and/or crystal industry.
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

*Sales Associates earn an hourly wage plus commission, with the potential to boost their hourly rate by up to an additional $3/hour during holidays.

Pay: From $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
