We are seeking Senior Grant & Subsidy Professionals to join our growing Grants & Incentives Division. This role is designed for experienced, results-oriented professionals who can independently identify, apply for, and secure government funding for businesses across multiple sectors.

You will play a key role in expanding Corpwell Capital's funding portfolio, delivering tangible results for clients, and contributing directly to the firm's growth.

Key Resposibilities:

  • Identify, assess, and secure federal, provincial, and municipal grants, subsidies, and incentive programs for client businesses.

  • Act as a trusted funding advisor, translating business plans, investments, and growth strategies into approval-ready grant applications.

  • Develop strong funding strategies aligned with: o Capital investments o Job creation and Business expansion.

  • Stay current with evolving government policies, funding programs, and incentive frameworks.

  • Manage the full grant lifecycle — from opportunity identification to approval and funding release.

  • Collaborate with internal finance, operations, and legal teams to ensure high-quality submissions and compliance.

  • Research active and upcoming government funding programs across Canada

  • Evaluate eligibility and funding potential for diverse business models.

  • Prepare and submit comprehensive grant applications, including: o Business cases o Financial projections and budgets o Economic impact analysis.

  • Liaise with government officers and funding agencies.

  • Track application progress, respond to clarifications, and manage post-approval requirements.

  • Work toward defined performance targets related to approvals and funding secured.

Who We Are Looking For?

Required Experience:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in:

Government grants

Subsidies

Public funding or incentive programs in Canada.

  • Proven record of successfully approved grant applications.

  • Strong understanding of: o Federal and provincial funding ecosystems o Evaluation criteria and compliance requirements.

  • Solid financial and business analysis skills.

  • Ability to work independently and take full ownership of outcomes.

Preferred Background:

  • Experience with: o Grant advisory firms o Consulting firms o Economic development organizations o CPA or financial advisory environments.

  • Exposure to multi-sector funding portfolios.

  • Experience with performance- or success-fee-based models.
