They are looking for an Assistant Manager -FP&A to join their team Why Work Here Growth opportunities Lots of mentorship opportunities Flexible hours Benefits CPA dues covered About the Opportunity Lead FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and long-range planning Support tracking, reporting, and compliance for government grants and funding programs Prepare management reporting packages, KPIs, and executive-level financial insights Build and maintain financial models related to capital projects, R&D initiatives, and operating performance Partner with engineering, operations, and project teams to ensure accurate cost tracking Assist with month-end close, accruals, and reconciliations in accordance with IFRS Support external audits and regulatory reporting requirements Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, controls, and reporting accuracy About You Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting CPA or CPA in progress Minimum 5 years of progressive FP&A or financial analysis experience Strong experience with government grants, subsidies, or public funding is an asset Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills Experience in clean tech, manufacturing, R&D-focused environments is an asset Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders Salary Range $90,000 - $100,000 / year How to Apply Click the "Apply Now" button and follow the instructions to submit your resume.
