Who We're Looking For:

Passionate about hospitality and the guest experience

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Strong written communication skills

Ability to multitask and manage showroom flow during peak periods

Detail-oriented with a commitment to cleanliness and presentation standards

Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and Outlook

Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or retail preferred

Schedule: Full-Time, Permanent

Compensation Potential: $20-$25

What a day in the life of a Guest Experience Ambassador looks like:

  • Greet & Guide Guests: Ensure very guest begins their experience with clarity and positivity
  • Hospitality Excellence: Maintain a premium hotel-level guest lounge with coffee, snacks, and a clean inviting atmosphere
  • Showroom Standards: Keep guest-facing areas pristine and visually appealing
  • Delivery Day Magic: Prepare for handover, share important ownership details, and capture memorable moments for our marketing team
  • Post Delivery Care: Continue the guest relationship with thoughtful follow-up and personalized touches
  • Post Delivery Care: Prepare and sent handwritten thank-you cards to guests who have taken delivery
  • Lead by Example: Champion hospitality standards and support a culture of exceptional guest experiences
  • Problem Solver: Anticipate needs, resolve minor issues, and escalate concerns promptly when necessary
