About the Role
Guest Experience Associates are the heart of Archie's. You'll run games, help guests, host parties, and create a fun, safe environment for people of all ages. This role is ideal for high school and university students looking for flexible, engaging work.
No experience required. Full training provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests at the welcome desk.
- Support with arcade token purchases and prize redemption.
- Facilitate mini-putt equipment rentals and returns.
- Lead bazooka ball briefing/vesting rooms.
- Support birthday parties and group events with positive customer service.
- Maintain overall cleanliness and safety within Archie's.
- Work as part of a positive, and inclusive team.
- Bonus points: if you have experience / want experience with social media.
What Do You Bring to the Team?
- Friendly, reliable, and comfortable working with the public.
- Willing to learn and take direction.
- Available evenings, weekends, or school holidays.
