Job Description:
We are seeking reliable, caring, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Cleaning Technician. This role involves deep cleaning and maintaining residential homes according to our high standards and detailed procedures. You will work regularly as part of a team, and we require a positive attitude, great communication, and a commitment to caring for our clients.
Essential Responsibilities
- Adhere to all company Processes and Procedures to ensure all cleaning tasks have been completed to company standards before leaving each home.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of supplies, equipment, and company vehicles throughout each shift.
- Ensure the confidentiality of client information and security of their homes.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with clients and team members.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid Saskatchewan Driver's License. This is a mandatory requirement for operating our company vehicles and fulfilling scheduling needs.
- Must be available to work Monday through Friday, starting at 9:30 am.

- Absolute Commitment to Following Systems: You must be willing to follow our detailed cleaning processes, procedures, and daily checklists 100% of the time
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to problem-solve, adapt to changing situations, and follow detailed instructions.
- Must be able to successfully complete an introductory training period (Average of 3 weeks) and probation (13 weeks total).
Competitive Pay & Growth:
- Pay starts at $16.00/hour at Trainee Level, and increases once you advance to a Cleaning Technician
- This role is the first step in our tiered pay system, allowing you to earn more (up to 43% of the home rate) based on merit, productivity, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Bonuses are available for eligible employees based on weekly stats (up to 1% for attendance, 2% for customer satisfaction, and 2% for productivity).
Work Hours:
- Hours are not guaranteed to start; this position begins as a casual, on-call role and will progress to part-time as hours become available.
- Cleaning Technicians typically work an average of 20 hours per week, but shifts will vary.
- Company working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30 am - 5:30 pm. Most shifts will start at 9:30 and will be for 6-8 hours.
