Expectations:

  • Perform eyelash extension services to clients, including application, maintenance, and removal
  • Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any concerns or questions
  • Educate clients on proper aftercare and maintenance of eyelash extensions and services provided
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired look and provide recommendations based on their preferences
  • Upsell additional services or products to enhance the client's experience
  • Be willing to learn new skills, further expanding your knowledge and services
  • Assist with front desk duties as needed, including scheduling appointments and processing payments

Experience:

  • 1 year previous experience as an eyelash specialist or in a similar role is preferred
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs
  • Sales experience in a retail environment is a plus
  • Knowledge of different types of eyelash extensions classic, mascara wet set, hybrid, and volume as well as multiple application techniques preferably "OTS = on the strip method"
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
