We are seeking a talented and personable Eyelash Specialist to join our beauty team. We offer rent or commission. The ideal candidate will have a passion for enhancing clients' natural beauty through eyelash extensions and providing exceptional customer service. The position involves both technical eyelash application and retail sales, with a focus on delivering an outstanding client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Apply eyelash extensions with precision and attention to detail, ensuring client satisfaction and safety.
  • Provide personalized consultations to recommend the best lash styles and enhancements for each client.
  • Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace following health and safety standards.
  • Engage with clients at the front desk, scheduling appointments, and managing client records efficiently.
  • Upsell additional beauty products or services to enhance the client's experience and meet their beauty goals.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client questions, concerns, and feedback professionally.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients through friendly communication and personalized care.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest eyelash extension techniques and industry trends through ongoing training.

Experience

  • Proven experience in applying eyelash extensions is required; certification is mandatory.
  • Experience in retail sales or customer service roles is highly desirable, demonstrating strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Previous front desk or reception experience is a plus, showcasing organizational skills and professionalism.
  • Ability to upsell products or services effectively while maintaining a genuine interest in client needs.
  • Must be good at maintaining an active social media platform
