Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Assistants to join our Formula 1 apparel team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, enjoys engaging with customers, and wants to bring the excitement of Formula 1 to life in-store. As a Retail Assistant, you'll provide exceptional service, maintain visual standards, and support the team in delivering a memorable shopping experience for F1 fans, collectors, and newcomers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming environment for all visitors.
  • Assist customers with product knowledge, sizing, and styling advice to maximize sales.
  • Operate the POS system for transactions, returns, and exchanges.
  • Support stock management, including receiving deliveries, restocking, and ensuring product availability on the floor.
  • Maintain high visual merchandising standards in line with seasonal collections and F1 brand guidelines.
  • Contribute to in-store promotions, product launches, and special race-weekend activations.
  • Work effectively as part of the team to achieve store sales targets and KPIs.
  • Keep the store clean, organized, and immersive, reflecting the high standards of Formula 1.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred, but not essential.
  • Passion for delivering great customer experiences.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Flexibility to work scheduled store hours, including evenings, weekends, public holidays, and race-related events.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Interest in motorsport and the Formula 1 fan community is a plus, but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.75-$18.00 per hour
