Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and attention to detail
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized work station in accordance with health and safety standards
  • Provide body waxing services as needed to enhance client experience
  • Upsell retail products and additional services to maximize client satisfaction and revenue
  • Deliver excellent customer service by understanding client preferences and recommending suitable treatments
  • Build lasting relationships with clients through professional communication and personalized care
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest nail trends, techniques, and sanitation practices

Skills

  • Proven experience in nail care, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements
  • Knowledge of body waxing techniques is preferred but not required
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
  • Excellent sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
  • Effective communication skills for explaining treatments and upselling products or services
  • Ability to perform retail sales confidently by recommending appropriate products
  • Friendly demeanor with a passion for beauty and helping clients feel confident in their appearance

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 50 per week
