**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
- Provide body waxing services as needed, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, offering personalized recommendations.
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty treatments.
- Foster positive relationships with clients through excellent communication skills.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
- Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere.
- Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Experience in retail sales is a plus, with an ability to upsell services confidently.
- Certification or licensure as required by state regulations for Nail Technicians.
