**Nail Technician Job Description**

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all clients.
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty techniques.
- Assist with body waxing services as needed.
- Keep accurate records of services performed and client preferences.

**Skills**
- Strong knowledge of nail care techniques and products.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients.
- Proven customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Experience in retail sales and upselling services or products is preferred.
- Attention to detail in performing nail services and maintaining cleanliness.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices related to nail care and body waxing.
- Experience with eyebrow threading, facials and massage is considered an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.08 per hour

- Evening shift
- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday

- Nail care: 2 years (preferred)
