Retail Sales Associate – Rise Cannabis

Location:
Victoria, BC

Pay:
$21.00 per hour

Rise Cannabis is looking for enthusiastic and dependable individuals to join our retail team. We have openings across our Victoria locations and are happy to find the right fit for the right person.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with customers, working in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a supportive team.
No previous cannabis experience is required
— we provide full training to help you succeed.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service
  • Guide customers through product selections and purchases while maintaining compliance with BC cannabis regulations
  • Operate the POS system accurately and handle cash transactions responsibly
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
  • Receive and stock products as needed
  • Follow all company policies and provincial regulations regarding cannabis sales and storage
  • Participate in ongoing training and product knowledge sessions
  • Support team members and contribute to a positive workplace culture

Requirements:

  • Minimum 19 years of age (required by law)
  • Bondable
  • Selling It Right certifications before starting
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are an asset
