Position Overview

We are seeking an energetic, phone-savvy Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our growing team.

The primary focus of this role is proactive outbound phone communication — connecting with existing customers, following up on leads, and developing new business opportunities. You'll play a key role in maintaining strong customer relationships, generating sales, and providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound sales and follow-up calls to existing customers and new prospects daily
  • Engage customers by phone to promote products, discuss pricing, and close orders
  • Handle inbound customer calls and provide prompt, professional support
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, orders, and customer notes in CRM/system
  • Identify new sales opportunities and follow up on leads provided by management
  • Support customer needs including quotes, product information, and order tracking
  • Work closely with the sales team and management to meet and exceed targets
  • Represent Platinum North America with professionalism and enthusiasm

Qualifications

  • Strong phone communication skills — confident, friendly, and persuasive
  • Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service (industrial or B2B preferred)
  • Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls daily
  • Excellent verbal communication, listening, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills (CRM, Excel, email, etc.)
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-driven
