About the Role

We're seeking a motivated Sales & Client Acquisition Representative to help grow the Leaf & Vessel community. This role is commission-based and focused primarily on finding and securing new clients — from boutiques and spas to wellness studios, cafes, and event partners.

If you're someone who enjoys building relationships, networking, and turning curiosity into long-term partnerships, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Actively research and reach out to potential clients and retail partners
  • Present the Leaf & Vessel collection and secure new wholesale or partnership opportunities
  • Generate consistent leads through social media, networking, and local outreach
  • Maintain communication with prospects and guide them through the sales process
  • Represent the brand with professionalism and warmth at all times

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proven experience in sales, client outreach, or business development (preferred)
  • Self-driven and results-oriented personality
  • Genuine interest in wellness, tea, and design-driven products
  • Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule

Compensation

  • 100% commission-based
  • Earn commission on every client or account you bring in
  • Flexible schedule and remote-friendly
