Position: Salesperson – Musical Instrument Retail

Location: Kelowna

Do you have a passion for music and a knack for helping others find their perfect sound? Wentworth Music — one of the Okanagan's top destinations for instruments, gear, and musical inspiration — is looking for an enthusiastic Salesperson to join our team

About the Role:

As a Wentworth Music salesperson, you'll help customers discover the right instruments and gear for their needs, whether they're first-time players or seasoned pros. You'll be part of a fun, music-loving team that's dedicated to great service and building long-term relationships with musicians in our community.

What You'll Do:

  • Engage customers with friendly, knowledgeable service
  • Recommend instruments, audio equipment, and accessories
  • Demonstrate products and share your gear expertise
  • Assist with in-store displays, merchandising, and promotions
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet sales goals

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous retail or sales experience (music retail a big plus)
  • Strong knowledge of musical instruments and audio gear
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Availability for weekends and retail hours
