Qualifications & Requirements

• PACCC Certification - Not certified? No problem. We offer training and support to help you earn your professional credentials.
• RVTs Welcome - While not required, many of our team members come from the veterinary world, looking to stay in animal care while stepping away from the emotional toll of clinical practice.
• Physical Requirements - This is an active, physical job. You'll need strength and stamina to care for pets of all sizes, manage excited or strong dogs, and handle frequent bending, lifting, and cleaning throughout your shift.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 44 per week

• We are located 10 minutes north of Barrie, and there is no public transportation. Do you have access to reliable transportation allowing for 24/7 scheduling (overnights not required) ? Please Answer. Do not leave blank.
• This is pet care and therefore living breathing beings who rely on us for providing for ALL their basic needs. You will need to work weekends, early mornings, evenings and statutory holidays. Our full time staff will have a fixed repeating 2 week schedule. Everyone, whether full time or part time, will work weekends, however to assist in achieving a work / life balance, we only schedule every other weekend.
