We are a warm, evidence-based speech-language pathology clinic in Toronto seeking a Communication Disorders Assistant (CDA) to support our clinicians. We provide home-visits in the East End of the GTA. Saturday availability is required. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and families and values structure, collaboration, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Implement therapy programs designed by Speech-Language Pathologists
  • Work 1:1 with children
  • Collect data and document session notes accurately
  • Prepare therapy materials
  • Communicate session progress to supervising SLPs
  • Follow clinic policies, confidentiality, and ethical standards

Qualifications

  • Degree as a Communication Disorders Assistant
  • Experience working with children
  • Strong reliability, organization, and follow-through
  • Comfortable taking direction and feedback from SLPs
  • Professional, warm, and child-centered approach

Schedule

  • Saturdays required
  • Potential for additional weekday shifts
