The Position
The Service Solutions Specialist plays a key role in driving customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships by providing exceptional service and technical expertise. Reporting to the Service Supervisor, this position combines sales acumen, technical knowledge, and project coordination to deliver tailored service solutions that keep our customers' automation systems running at peak performance.

You'll collaborate closely with customers, plant personnel, and management to identify opportunities, resolve challenges, and ensure every interaction reflects the Eclipse Vision and Entrepreneurial Culture.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Preparing detailed technical proposals, quotations, and service solutions for system sales, support, spare parts, training, and retrofits
  • Following up on customer inquiries, service issues, and warranty claims to ensure timely and effective resolution
  • Managing invoicing for service work, spare parts, and project-based service activities
  • Traveling to customer sites as needed to assess issues, gather data, and build strong client relationships
  • Coordinating resources and scheduling service jobs to meet customer needs efficiently
  • Driving sales of Eclipse service offerings through proactive communication and relationship management
  • Collaborating with corporate service teams to align processes and enhance customer support

What We're Looking For

  • An educational background in Engineering or a related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in the custom automation industry
  • Strong mechanical/electrical aptitude with the ability to understand and support complex automation systems
  • Proven customer service orientation and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • A motivated, process-minded professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Experience in project coordination or management is an asset
