Morrey Nissan Infiniti of Burnaby is currently seeking a Parts Driver to join our high volume Parts Department.

Job Summary

This role involves delivering wholesale orders efficiently, preparing orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pickup.

  • Deliver wholesale orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Prepare orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pickup.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Handle customer complaints tactfully, promptly and with genuine concern for the customer.
  • Examine returned parts for defects; exchange defective parts, and process refunds.
  • Assist customers in the selection of required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
  • Answer customer phone calls, provide price quotes and other information.
  • Receive and fill customer orders, in person or over the telephone.
  • Place new merchandise on display.
  • Maintain records of all repair orders, invoices, insurance estimates, and special order parts.
  • Follow all quality control processes and procedures.
  • Stay current on new products and product updates through on site and internet based learning.
  • Follow all required safety instructions in handling equipment and materials.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • 1 year parts experience is an asset.
  • Valid BC Driver's License, with a clean driver's abstract.
  • Strong computer skills. Experience with CDK is an asset.
  • A passion for customer service.
  • A team player with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.
