If you're passionateabout driving talent acquisition efforts, have a knack for sourcing top talent,and thrive in a fast -paced environment, this is the role for you Position Overview:The Talent Acquisition Specialist willplay a crucial role in managing the full recruitment cycle for a variety of roleswithin Weaver Eco Home. You'll be responsible for sourcing, screening, andassisting in the onboarding of candidates across our sales, office, operations,and warehouse teams. You'll work closely with hiring managers to ensure aseamless recruitment process and build strong candidate pipelines to meet ourgrowing needs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Performfull -cycle recruiting to support staffing needs at all levels for our salesteam, office, operations, and warehouse. 2. Sourcequality active and passive candidates by maintaining talent pipelines anddeveloping meaningful contacts through Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job sites. 3. Cultivatepartnerships with external organizations and agencies to streamline recruitmentprocesses and expand candidate reach. 4. Conductinitial screenings of applicants to evaluate their suitability, motivation, andalignment with job responsibilities and company culture. 5. Scheduleinterviews and manage communication, ensuring a positive experience forcandidates and the hiring team. 6. Collaboratewith hiring managers and HR teams to finalize selections and facilitate asmooth onboarding process for new hires. Skills and Qualifications: 1. Bachelor'sdegree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; CHRP designation is anasset. 2. 3+ yearsof experience in recruiting or talent acquisition. 3. Proficiencyin using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools is an asset. 4. Ability toemploy creative recruitment strategies and adapt quickly to market conditions. 5. Stronginterpersonal and communication skills with a customer -focused approach. 6. Ability towork independently as well as part of a team in a fast -paced environment. 7.
