Job Description

The Senior Project Manager ensures cross-functional teams have the structure, clarity, and resources needed to deliver high-quality work efficiently. This role supports projects from planning through execution, partnering with internal teams to maintain timelines, budgets, and workflow alignment. The Senior Project Manager also plays a key role in supporting Market Access submissions and ensuring accurate, timely delivery of all project components.

What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to support project planning, execution, and delivery
  • Maintain project documentation, schedules, and status updates to ensure aligned communication
  • Support client MLR submission processes and ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Monitor project risks and lead discussions to address resource, timeline, or budget challenges
  • Partner with Account teams to build and manage production schedules and milestones
Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of project management experience in an agency or similar environment
  • Pharmaceutical advertising agency experience
  • Familiarity with interactive deliverables (websites, banners, digital assets)
  • Understanding of print production workflows
  • Knowledge of development technologies and QA processes
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools
  • Comfort and enthusiasm for integrating AI into workflows

  • Experience managing cross-functional project teams
  • Ability to anticipate risks and support issue resolution
  • Experience supporting submission processes within regulated environments
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with market access or medical legal review workflows
