Senior Project Manager –

Are you a seasoned Project Manager with deep experience in Capital Markets and enterprise-scale risk initiatives? This high-visibility role offers an exceptional opportunity to represent Capital Markets within a multi-year Enterprise Intraday Liquidity Risk Program with direct exposure to senior executives and CEO-level forums. You will lead Capital Markets' delivery stream, coordinate complex data and technology integrations, and ensure business requirements are fully embedded into enterprise program outcomes.

Working with one of our top financial clients, this position calls for a Senior Project Manager – (Capital Markets / Intraday Liquidity Risk Program) who can navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, drive structured program execution, and communicate confidently at the executive level. The ideal candidate excels in leadership, cross-functional delivery, executive communication, and enterprise program governance.

Responsibilities
Capital Markets Representation & Leadership

• Serve as the primary Capital Markets Project Manager within the enterprise program.
• Represent Capital Markets requirements and priorities to enterprise stakeholders, including liquidity risk and regulatory teams.
• Partner closely with desk heads, senior business leaders, and technology executives across Global Markets, INTB, Corporate Banking, and related groups.

Project Management & Delivery Execution

• Lead planning, scoping, effort estimation, and development of cost models for all Capital Markets deliverables.
• Coordinate data integration from multiple authoritative systems, ensuring proper data mapping and normalization.
• Maintain structured project governance including financial tracking, RAID management, documentation, and status reporting.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies spanning business, risk, technology, and enterprise groups.

Executive Communication & Stakeholder Engagement

• Create polished, executive-ready slide decks and reporting materials.
• Present effectively to MDs, senior executives, and CEO-level decision-making committees.
• Maintain a high degree of executive presence and strong relationship management across demanding stakeholder groups.
• Engage senior business and technology officers to ensure shared clarity on deliverables and timelines.

Additional Responsibilities

• Identify Capital Markets delivery risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide direction and oversight to SMEs, business leads, and technology delivery teams.
• Ensure Capital Markets readiness as enterprise requirements evolve.
• Drive alignment across all initiatives impacting intraday liquidity and regulatory expectations.

Desired Skill Set:

• 10+ years of Senior Project Management experience within Capital Markets (front office, risk, regulatory, or enterprise programs).
• Direct experience leading or supporting major enterprise risk programs—ideally interday/intraday liquidity, regulatory risk, or large-scale capital markets transformations.
• Proven ability to represent business interests on complex enterprise programs with extensive data, governance, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Strong understanding of Capital Markets products, trade flows, and business processes.
• Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills; ability to present confidently at MD and CEO-level forums.
• Demonstrated success in high-pressure, multi-stakeholder, and time-sensitive program environments.
• Experience coordinating delivery across Global Markets, INTB, Corporate Banking, enterprise risk, and technology groups.
• Proficiency in managing budgets, governance frameworks, status reporting, and enterprise PM standards.

Nice to Have

• Experience in liquidity risk (interday/intraday).
• Exposure to enterprise regulatory programs.
• Background working with multi-source data integration and normalization.
• Experience in Capital Markets risk, treasury, or liquidity.
