About the Role

Resorts of Ontario is looking for a Member Services Manager to keep our organization on track, support our members, and drive business development for the organization.

This is a role for someone who thrives on variety and possesses diverse skill-sets. One day you might be working on invoices or updating our CRM, and the next you're connecting with members or posting new content to the website. As part of a small but passionate team, you'll be at the centre of our operations, helping us champion Resorts of Ontario as the leading resort-referral platform in Ontario.

Key Responsibilities

Administration & Operations

  • Keep day-to-day office operations, systems, and processes running smoothly.
  • Support financial administration including liaising with the bookkeeper with invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and expense tracking.
  • Experience with Quickbooks, Google Workspace and AI is an asset.
  • Support the marketing team with reporting and fulfillment of membership marketing programs.
  • Support the Executive Director with communications and meeting co-ordination as needed.
  • Manage email, CRM, and monthly reporting requirements.

Member Services

  • Be the go-to contact for our members—offering support, solutions, and connection.
  • Oversee our membership CRM: records, renewals, invoice follow up, and database accuracy.
  • Develop creative engagement strategies to keep members involved and supported.
  • Coordinate member communications including newsletters, updates, and outreach campaigns.
  • Assist with planning and delivering member events and the annual meeting.
  • Member site visits and support
  • Identify new potential members and connect with them regarding member benefits.
  • Market research and member development

Marketing Support & Visitor Services

  • Update our CRM
  • Internal and external membership communications - (e-blasts, newsletters, b2b social posts)
  • Membership portal management
  • Support the team at member events such as the Season Summit conference, board meetings, and other special events.
  • Respond to member inquiries via chat and email with warmth and helpfulness.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in business administration, communications, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in member services, business development and/or office management.
  • Strong communications skills to support member relations regarding marketing programs, marketing program tracking and fulfillment.
  • Google Business, AI, marketing experience in the hospitality sector is an asset
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Passion for hospitality and an understanding of the tourism sector.
  • You enjoy working with a small, nimble team
  • Bonus: Experience in nonprofit association management or tourism organizations.

Start date: March 2026

Pay: $60,000 (6-month contract / probationary period) - then moves to a full-time position with benefits.
