Appointment-Setting Call Center agent

Hit Solution is a leading provider of high-end call center services since 1999, and we are proud to be among the best in Québec.
We are currently looking for dynamic and passionate individuals to join our Longueuil team in full-time positions.
We partner with several companies, and your role will consist of making outbound calls to validate client information and schedule appointments.
Job Details
- Permanent full-time and part-time positions
- Monday to Friday, daytime hours
- On-site position (no remote work)
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- ENGLISH FLUENCY IS MANDATORY
- Advanced in French is required
- Call center experience (an asset)
- Good computer skills
- Resourceful, proactive, and able to take initiative
- Motivated by achieving goals and meeting targets
