The Role (What You'll Actually Do)

As a Sales Intern on our leadership track, you'll work directly with our booking and sales process; learning how premium, consultative sales is done properly
.

You will:

  • Make
    outbound calls
    to warm leads who have already requested information
  • Lead confident, structured, human conversations (no scripts-for-robots here)
  • Ask intentional questions to uncover motivation, readiness, and fit
  • Clearly explain our studio process and booking options
  • Schedule consultations and sessions
  • Follow up like a professional - timely, organized, and thoughtful
  • Maintain clean, accurate CRM notes and client records

Who We're Looking For

This role is ideal if you:

  • Are naturally articulate, confident, and people-oriented
  • Can think on your feet and handle real conversations
  • Are coachable and want feedback (you know that's how you grow)
  • Are curious about sales, leadership, psychology, or entrepreneurship
  • Take pride in being prepared, punctual, and detail-driven

Phone, admin, or sales experience is an asset — but drive, maturity, and emotional intelligence matter more than titles
