Your Opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in the fast-paced environment of the Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACT) and the Adult Community Services program. ACT provides assertive, client focused, and culturally appropriate care to adults experiencing severe and persistent mental illness, addictions, and houselessness. Clinical services are most often delivered through outreach into the community and targeted to those individuals whose illness presents a barrier to engagement in treatment. Clients who are connected to the program may also be seen in clinic for scheduled appointments or walk-in supports and services. Reporting to the Care Manager of ACT, this position provides operational support to the multidisciplinary team. Some tasks include managing patient flow in the waiting room, answering and forwarding telephone calls, managing referrals in the electronic medical record (Connect Care), maintaining databases, and completing other data and time entry for payroll.
