About the Role

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Web Designer / Frontend Developer to join our creative team. This role bridges design and development — ideal for someone who can translate beautiful UI/UX concepts from Figma into fully functional, responsive websites built on WordPress and Shopify.

You'll collaborate closely with our brand strategists, designers, and developers to bring brand experiences to life through thoughtful digital design and seamless user interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design visually engaging and user-friendly website interfaces in Figma, following brand guidelines and UX principles.
  • Develop responsive front-end pages using WordPress and Shopify, ensuring cross-browser and device compatibility.
  • Convert Figma layouts and prototypes into pixel-perfect, production-ready web pages.
  • Customize and maintain WordPress themes and Shopify templates using HTML, CSS, JavaScript (and Liquid for Shopify).
  • Implement animations, micro-interactions, and UI effects to enhance user experience.
  • Optimize site speed, SEO structure, and accessibility standards.
  • Collaborate with the creative and content teams to ensure consistent design language across digital touchpoints.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues in real-time.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in UI/UX design, web technology, and creative tools.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic/Web Design, Computer Science, Interactive Media, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in web design and front-end development (agency experience preferred).
  • Proficient in Figma, WordPress, and Shopify.
  • Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Liquid, and responsive frameworks.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles, wireframing, and usability testing.
  • Experience with SEO-friendly front-end coding and website optimization.
  • Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Github) is a plus.
  • Strong sense of aesthetics, typography, and attention to detail.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Curious and proactive about new web technologies and AI-assisted design tools.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience in Shopify App integration and WordPress plugin customization.
  • Basic understanding of PHP or
  • Animation/motion design experience.
