Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and creative Web and Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing visually compelling designs that align with brand strategies and marketing goals. This role involves working on various digital and print projects, including UI design, motion graphics, logo creation, and visual branding. The Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with marketing and development teams to produce engaging content that enhances our company's visual identity.

Duties

  • Design and develop engaging graphics for digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email campaigns using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, and InVision.
  • Create compelling UI/UX designs for web applications and mobile interfaces with a focus on user experience and accessibility.
  • Produce motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects to enhance video content and presentations.
  • Develop logos, branding materials, and visual assets that reflect the company's identity across various media.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to craft visual content supporting campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
  • Maintain consistency in design language by adhering to brand guidelines and style standards.
  • Assist in website updates and maintenance using WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as needed.
  • Prepare presentation materials with strong typography and layout skills for internal and external use.
  • Stay updated on industry trends in digital design, typography, and visual storytelling to continually improve the quality of work.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing digital design, motion graphics, logo creation, and UI/UX projects.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), After Effects, Figma, Sketch, CorelDRAW, and InVision.
  • Knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress integration is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and visual storytelling techniques.
  • Experience designing for marketing campaigns across multiple channels with excellent presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts clearly and effectively.
  • A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or related field is preferred but not mandatory if accompanied by a strong portfolio. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute creatively within a professional environment that values innovation and quality design work.
