  • Prepare and execute experimental plans, including trial contracts, reports, and technical documentation
  • Collaborate with global and local internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project delivery
  • Provide expert advice during the introduction of new applications and technologies
  • Offer after-sales support, including further development and training on application equipment
  • Participate in international conferences and professional events, contributing to innovation and gaining market insights
  • Maintain accurate records and reports in customer relationship management systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Know and cooperate with internal business (sales, R&D, National BD, applications equipment, and customer service personnel). Utilize and leverage all available Linde resources to achieve goals

  • Comfortable running "hands-on" testing and commissioning of new food equipment (cryogenic freezer, mixers, etc.)
  • Familiarity with industrial gases applications in food freezing and chilling processes
  • Technical/engineering savvy and value-building skills
  • Well-developed commercial/business skills and advanced technical and problem-solving abilities
  • Digital mindset with openness to emerging technologies, including AI-based tools and solutions
  • Willingness to travel within Canada and internationally as required (up to 60%)
