Your Role:

  • Assistant Team Lead and Job Captain: Responsible for coordinating and overseeing project tasks, ensuring smooth execution, and supporting the team.
  • Career Growth: Aims to gain experience and eventually transition into the role of a project architect and team leader.
  • Skill Development: Focused on enhancing skills related to leading team calls, managing deliverables, and effective communication with clients and senior leadership.

Revit Expertise:

  • Create three-dimensional facilities.
  • Coordinate complex systems across disciplines.
  • BIM proficiency is essential.

Design Mastery:

  • Craft beautiful, functional designs.
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Prioritize sustainability.

Technical Knowledge:

  • Apply building codes (NBCC, BCBC, VBBL, IBC, BC Step Code) 
  • Familiar with construction systems and materials.
  • Envelope Detailing / assemblies. Best practices.
