Position Overview

As a Business Development Executive, you'll be at the heart of our sales team, driving growth by generating new business and building lasting relationships with our clients. You will manage the full sales cycle, from discovery to post-booking, ensuring an exceptionally smooth experience for our customers. We're looking for a self-motivated and resilient individual with a passion for aviation, a strong track record in business development, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Our ideal candidate will be proactive in their work and self-development, eager to learn through training and from those around them, and have a polite, positive, and professional attitude.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • You will be the main point of contact to your list of clients. Customer requests will come in at varying hours. Charter Executives must remain available on-demand;
  • Generate new business leads through business development strategies, ie. networking, telephone and email communication, marketing campaigns, and other sales channels;
  • Manage, negotiate and close customer inquiries for private jet charter use;
  • Provide exemplary customer service and ensure a smooth booking and travel experience for clients;
  • Coordinate all details of your customer's charter flights, with the various parties involved;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers; to deliver fast and reliable customer service to your clients;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, bookings, and sales data, and provide regular reports to management;
  • Stay up to date on market trends, competition, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and offerings;
  • Educate clients on the benefits of our private jet charter services.

What You Bring:

  • Internal drive and determination to succeed;
  • Outstanding written and oral communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills;
  • Killer service skills and ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers;
  • Proven track record of generating new business and exceeding sales targets;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment;
  • Experience in aviation and chartering industries, an asset.

Aperçu du poste

En tant que responsable du développement commercial, vous serez au cœur de notre équipe de vente. Vous stimulerez la croissance en générant de nouvelles opportunités commerciales et en établissant des relations pérennes avec nos clients. Vous gérerez l'ensemble du cycle de vente, de la découverte à la post-réservation, en veillant à ce que l'expérience de nos clients soit exceptionnelle. Nous recherchons une personne motivée et résiliente, passionnée par l'aviation, ayant de solides compétences en matière de développement commercial et d'excellentes aptitudes à la communication et à la résolution de problèmes. Le candidat idéal sera proactif dans son travail et son développement personnel, désireux d'apprendre par la formation et de son entourage, et aura une attitude polie, positive et professionnelle.

Ce que vous ferez:

  • Vous serez le principal point de contact avec votre liste de clients. Les demandes des clients arrivent à des heures variables. Les courtiers doivent rester disponibles sur demande;
  • Créer de nouvelles opportunités d'affaires par le biais de stratégies de développement, c'est-à-dire le réseautage, la communication par téléphone et par courriel, les campagnes de marketing et d'autres canaux de vente;
  • Gérer, négocier et conclure les demandes de clients pour l'affrètement de jets privés;
  • Fournir un service à la clientèle exemplaire et veiller à ce que la réservation et le voyage se déroulent sans heurts pour les clients;
  • Coordonner tous les détails des vols affrétés de vos clients avec les différentes parties concernées;
  • Établir et maintenir des relations solides avec les clients et les fournisseurs afin de fournir un service rapide et fiable;
  • Tenir des registres précis et à jour des interactions avec les clients, des réservations et des données de vente, et fournir des rapports réguliers à la direction;
  • Se tenir au courant des tendances du marché, de la concurrence et des besoins des clients afin d'éclairer les stratégies de vente et les offres;
  • Informer les clients sur les avantages de nos services d'affrètement de jets privés.

  • Une expérience dans les secteurs de l'aviation et de l'affrètement est un atout.
