Overview

We are looking for a Red Seal certified Lead Plumber with a minimum of 7 years experience in high-quality residential and light commercial projects. The successful candidate will take ownership of plumbing systems from rough-in to finish, oversee apprentices, and contribute to estimating through quantities and material take-offs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute all phases of plumbing installation and repair
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Plan, coordinate, and complete material take-offs and order lists
• Maintain high-quality workmanship standards and precision
• work collaboratively with site supervisors, project managers, and other trades
• Ensure compliance with all codes, safety, and quality standards

Requirements

• Red Seal Plumber certification (required)
• Minimum 7 years of relevant plumbing experience
• Experience with residential and light commercial projects
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to supervise and mentor junior team members
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $32.00-$38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 – 55 per week
