What you can expect to do here:

• Coordinate proposals from initial inquiry to final submission, setting timelines, gathering content, and ensuring milestones are met;
• Assist Project Managers with scheduling, budgets, tender documentation, and progress payments;
• Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and organize client and team events;
• Manage project data, electronic filing systems, and supply inventories;
• Arrange travel, meetings, and handle courier shipments;
• Support office operations—answer phones, greet guests, and troubleshoot IT issues.

What you'll bring to WSP:

• Minimum 4 years of administrative experience, ideally in engineering, architecture, or professional services;
• Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams);
• Experience with SharePoint, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Adobe InDesign, and GIS data is an asset.
