Nurse Practitioner - Scarborough

We have several openings for Nurse Practitioners within a non-profit that provides a wide range of health and social services to a diverse community.

We have excellent opportunities available for the following:

Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

  • Full Time (35 hours/ week) - day shift with possibility of some weekend work
  • Open to newer graduates or 3-5+ years experience
  • Requires experience in primary care, community health, or a similar setting. Primarily focused on primary care, however, there is also an outreach component that involves assessing, treating, and supporting clients experiencing homelessness, addictions, and mental health challenges.

Nurse Practitioner - HEP C Programs

  • Full Time (35 hours/ week) - day shift with possibility of some weekend work
  • Open to newer graduates or 3-5+ years experience
  • Open to those willing to learn and work with these populations.

Primary Care Nurse Practitioner - YWHO (Youth Wellness)

  • Part time (21 hours/ week) - day shift with possibility of some weekend work
  • Open to newer graduates or 3-5+ years experience

All positions require:

  • Master's degree (Nurse Practitioner)
  • Active registration with the
    College of Nurses of Ontario (Extended Class)
  • Active membership with
    NPAO
    , including professional liability insurance
  • CPR–HCP
    certification
  • Valid driver's licence
    and access to a personal vehicle
