Aria Benefits is a fast-growing organization looking for a driven, customer focused Group Service Coordinator to join the team. In this role, you will be accountable to executing the administrative needs of customers through the entire benefit service platform. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and tremendous customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute day to day tasks related to the full spectrum of employee benefits
  • Partner as required to provide training and support to team members
  • Provide client service activities such as independently helping clients, contacting clients, building trust with clients, handling client concerns and complaints
  • Calendar management and event coordination
  • CRM Management – ensure all records are up to date and accurate
  • Work with insurance suppliers to obtain new business quotes
  • Work with insurance suppliers to facilitate any new business requirements (eg underwriting)

Note: This is a hybrid role and requires in office in Oakville Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and additional days as needed.

SKILLS & QUALITIES:

  • Ability to work with multiple Account Executives
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Highly organized
  • Strong Technical expertise, Microsoft office expert, Mac experience a Plus
  • Outgoing personality with focus on creating a WOW experience for the customer
  • Able to engage clients, on the phone and in person
  • Self-motivated
