We are a well-established family-owned business based in Oakville and are looking for someone to join our firm to help roll out and coordinate projects in Healthcare, Institutional and Commercial sectors. The candidate should be punctual, well organized, proficient with MS Office apps, have a working knowledge of MS Project, be able to manage multiple projects with great attention to detail and be willing to help out with ad-hoc tasks when needed.

The work will include the following:

· Assist the project manager to establish and maintain schedules

· Coordinate with suppliers and subtrades to ensure timely delivery materials, equipment and resources

· Maintain communication with the customer and subtrades

· Manage document flow to ensure that all documents, created or received, are promptly distributed and accurately logged

· Follow up on any outstanding items to ensure a quick turnaround

· Assist with estimating as required

· Create closeout document package at project completion

Experience as a project coordinator or in an administrative role would be beneficial for this position. The applicant must have a secondary school diploma or higher. Starting salary is $ 52,500.00 per year with 2-weeks paid vacation, group health insurance benefits, optional participation in RBC Group Advantage RSP program and annual performance bonus.
