This is an on-call, casual position, as snow volume and frequency can vary throughout the season.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Operate a skid steer and/or loader to clear snow from parking lots and commercial properties
- Perform pre- and post-shift inspections to ensure safety and efficiency
- Use a cell phone or tablet to track time, capture before/after photos, and record notes
What We're Looking For:
- Advanced skid steer operating skills (previous snow removal experience is a strong asset)
- Reliable and available for on-call shifts, most occur overnight or early morning
- Comfortable using technology and learning new apps for reporting
- Friendly, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible and adaptable to unpredictable, weather-dependent schedules
- Have a working cell phone for call-outs
- Hold a valid Class 7 or higher driver's licence with a clear record
- Experience operating a loader is considered an asset

Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour

Monday- available 12am to 11:59pm
Tuesday- not available
Wednesday- 10am to 1pm
etc, etc.
We are ultimately looking for team members with a large enough availability to increase the likelihood of being called in.
