• This is a great entry-level leadership opportunity in a rapidly expanding company with potential for fast promotion. You are a Team Lead / Assistant Manager / Manager-in-Training.
• You'll be leading the core lead generation team for Brookstone's newest expansion — meaning you're not just filling a role, you're helping us build a new store and territory from the ground up.

As a Team Leader you will:

• Learn the true potential of door to door sales and have fun doing it

• Book in-home consultations - no sales training needed, entering home not required.
• Build a solid sales acumen foundation.
• Receive daily support and mentoring.
• Develop excellent communication skills.
• Find canvassing will better you in all facets of your life - confidence, financially, develop a sales skill set, cardio, communication, team building, leadership and entrepreneurial fire.
• Lead in the Manager's Absence, ensuring smooth operations.
• Help with Admin Tasks, like scheduling and reports.
• Assist with Training New Hires.
• Keep the Team Motivated to hit daily targets.

Who you are:

• Smart (no time for modesty).

• No industry-specific experience required, but bonus marks if you do.
