Communications Manager

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for users, helping resolve technical or service-related issues while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, or ticketing system
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical or product-related issues
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Document support cases and maintain accurate records
- Provide clear, timely, and professional communication to customers
- Assist users with product setup, usage, and best practices
- Identify recurring issues and suggest process or product improvements
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and operations teams
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in customer support, technical support, or a related role
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Basic technical knowledge and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Experience with CRM or ticketing systems (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira, etc.) is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $41.05-$70.09 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
