About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for users, helping resolve technical or service-related issues while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, or ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical or product-related issues
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams
  • Document support cases and maintain accurate records
  • Provide clear, timely, and professional communication to customers
  • Assist users with product setup, usage, and best practices
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest process or product improvements
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and operations teams

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer support, technical support, or a related role
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Basic technical knowledge and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Experience with CRM or ticketing systems (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira, etc.) is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $41.05-$70.09 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
