Opportunity:
Ribbon Communications is seeking a skilled and motivated Intermediate Angular Developer to contribute to the development of user-facing features in our next-generation application interface. You will translate design specifications into functional, interactive, and responsive webpages while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

As part of the Advanced Technology development team, you will help build and enhance the front-end of our Big Data and Analytics platform. You'll work with technologies such as Angular, Kubernetes/Docker, Hadoop, and others, within a virtualized, microservices-based architecture.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces using Angular, HTML, and CSS..
  • Collaborate with UX designers, back-end developers, and product managers to deliver cohesive user experiences.
  • Integrate with the back-end using RESTful APIs for seamless data flow.
  • Participate in code reviews and team discussions to improve code quality and share knowledge.
  • Stay current with new technologies and frameworks to support development efficiency.
  • Assist in troubleshooting performance and usability issues in the UI layer.
  • Follow best practices in front-end development, including responsive design and accessibility.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in Angular development with production-level applications.
  • Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end applications with back-end services.
  • Familiarity with containerized environments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
