As our innovative business continues to rapidly grow, we are seeking for a full-time Seafood Cutter/Filleter for the Seafood Processing Division at our Richmond location. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, this position is responsible for processing fish. If you are able to work in a cool, fast-paced environment and can work under pressure with minimal supervision, we would love to hear from you

Position: Full-Time, Permanent

Schedule: Monday - Friday. Start time can be between 4am-7am. 8-hour shift. Potential overtime and weekend work.

Wage: $24/hour

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Cut and trim fish, which also involves pin boning

• Responsible for the processing of orders in the processing department

• Cleaning and sanitizing

• Some other tasks required by the processing supervisor

Requirements:

• Reliable means of transportation

• Must have previous experience in cutting/filleting seafood.

• Ability to lift 40 lbs.

• Ability to walk and stand for long periods

• Basic knife skill is an asset

• Comfortable working in a cooler/freezer environment

• Reliable, hardworking, punctual, a team player and committed to delivering the job.
